De-light

I locked it behind ivory locks and it burned my toung, so I swallowed it,
and then I locked it behing my {rib} cage, but it burned my heart,
so tied a rope around it and tied it to my wrist,
and I agreed to let it go,
but only if it agreed to slow down as it traveled through days,
to make them longer.

And, I became like that first ray of sunlight in the morning,
unnoticed by you, and only acknowledged by the darkness in your room.

So I am the son of sun, the sun of the light. Enlightened. Delighted (like the garden). The light in the firmament of the heavens.
